Strategic Alliances Alliances with national and international organizations enable Core to best meet client needs. Core maintains program direction for the International Nursing Leadership Institute (INLI), a year-long learning experience that enables nurse leaders from the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern European countries to gain the skills needed to succeed in their evolving environments.
